We understand that occasionally you may wish to return goods to us. Our 'no quibble' guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 14 days and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
We will gladly exchange, replace or refund your purchase with the following conditions and exceptions:-
- We cannot accept the return of a product if it has been opened. If an item has been opened we will only accept the return if the product is found to be faulty.
- Except where an item is faulty and is merely being exchanged, return of any order that benefited from a promotion must include return of all promotional items acquired, including but not exclusive to; a gift with purchase, free gift and multi-buy promotions.
- Except where an item is faulty no returns, exchanges or refunds are possible after 90 days from purchase.
- No exchanges or refunds are possible without proof of purchase.
- No exchanges or refunds are possible without promotional materials, including Gatineau passport points, being returned unspoiled.
- Refunds will only be made once an item has been returned and received in resalable condition
- Refunds can take up to 30 days to be processed into your account.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
